Flow-Tronic TORPEE-MAG Full Pipe Averaging Magflow Meter (Insertion Type) The TORPEE-MAG is a hot tap full profile electromagnetic averaging insertion flow meter. Multiple electrodes (as many as 7x2) placed across the entire sensor body at equal area, measure & report the average flow rate over the full diameter of pipe. With every pair individually calibrated, the specific design of the multielectrode sensor compensates for variable flow profiles, including swirl & turbulent condition.
