Cerlic ITX-IL in-line TSS sensor for RAS / WAS / DAF thickened sludge

• A high accuracy in-line NIR (near infrared) total suspended solids (TSS) sensor for RAS (return activated sludge) / WAS (waste activated sludge) & some DAF (dissolved air floatation) thickened sludge
• Built-in self-cleaning (NOT clipped on) with water or compressed air - no moving parts for low maintenance
• NO service agreements
• Range: 0 » up to 50,000mg/L (ppm) or 5% TSS - dependent on sludge
• Process connection: hot-tap via isolation valve prevents having to stop process in case of maintenance
• Temperature: 0 » 60°C

Cerlic CMC high concentration TS sensor

• Micowave, high concentraion total solids (TS) sensor
• True-Phase shift microwave technology provides stable signal & prevents empty pipe errors
• No moving parts for long life & low maintenance
• Multiple models to suit various applications:
  
  • CMC FT: flow through model with angled ceramic sensor (antenae) surfaces for self-cleaning
  • CMC RD: flow through model with flush-mount ceramic sensor (antenae) surface for abbrassive applications.  Various coatings available for additional protection.
  • CMC ITL: **New** insertion type model with built-in spray cleaning (air or water) with no moving parts.  Suitable for pipes >DN150.  Also available as "hot-tap" (i.e. remove from pipe without stopping flow) model - CMC ITLFV.
