Trimod Besta side mount float level switch

- Versatile, three module ("tri-mod") construction
- Easy to customise & repair
- Available with a range of approvals (e.g. IECEx, ATEX, etc), certificates (e.g. SIL1 & SIL2), reports (e.g. materials & functional tests) & marine insurer approvals (e.g. ABS, GL, DNV, Lloyd's etc)

- Typically via counter flange or directly to tank wall via bolts

- Wetted materials: 316SS
- Wide range of other materials including hastelloy-C available on request
- Output: SIL1 SPDT microswitches are standard, but a choice of:
- Gold contacts for low current, low voltage applications (e.g. simple device in intrinsically safe circuits)
- Namur proximity switches
- High temperature
- IECEx Ex de
- Pneumatic (on / off or proportional) - refer pneumatic models
- Temperature: 0 » 300°C (standard)
- Higher temperature models available
- Pressure: standard up to 25bar @ 300°C
- S.G.: >0.7 (special models available on request)
- Electrical connection: weatherproof (IP65), typically with M20 cable gland
- Options:
- Counter flange: weld to tank for easy mounting - available in 316SS & carbon steel
- Test actuator: mechanical test actuator allows for testing of the switch during routine preventative maintenence
- Pressure chambers: remove the float from inside the process tank - custom built to meet specific application needs
- Top mount, bent rod & other configurations
- Big range of units available ex. stock (e.g. AA 01 04, A 01 041, AA 01 093, AA 01 051E15, ZKK5 01 04) with many other configurations built next business day

- Output: emptying or filling pump control with a single switch or point level (customised onsite)
